CONSTITUTION
TERMS
OF REFERENCE FOR THE CHIEF FLYING INSTRUCTOR
1
. As Chief Flying
Instructor you are responsible to the Officer-in-Charge for all
aspects of flying and all engineering matters within the Club.

. You are required to
ensure that the Flying Order Book is kept up to date.
3
. You are required to
ensure that the flying operation and running of the airfield is in
accordance with currently agreed and approved procedures, rules and
instructions.
4
. You are responsible
for the organisation of instructors to ensure that there is an
instructor present on each flying day.
5
. You are required to
provide the British Gliding Association with annual instructor
returns.
6
. You are responsible
for determining the currency and standards of the instructors.
7
. You are required to
supervise the training syllabus of all students in the Club.
